Oh yeah! It’s Friday! Tonight’s the weekly Wu-Tang and Sapporo at the lab. But, I’ve been waiting all week to release this. Cancel your meetings. Put on some Operation: Doomsday, and clear a spot on your desk for:
RBST x Cubeecraft MF DOOM with Removable Mask.
What’s under the mask, you say? Download the templates and find out.
- Part 1 of 2: Madvillain Gear with KMD Sambo Head
- Part 2 of 2: Stones Throw Gear with MF DOOM Removable Mask
PROPS TO:
- HEKTIK for getting me hooked on…
- DOOM for good hip-hop and constant inspiration.
- Chris Beaumont for letting people use his Cubeecraft template.
- SHAW ONE for thinking of the KMD Sambo head at the same time as me on AIM.
- My beta-testers. I think I’m addicted, so I might have more papercrafts on the way.
- Anyone who builds this and sends pictures to rbst(at)robeast.com .

Hey fam!
DOPE DOPE DOPE!! Awesome job. However whats the best way and with what kind of paper should you use to print these in order to get the best results??
Thanks

WORD, THX.
I think the best thing to do is get some cardstock to print on. You can pick some up at Staples or Office Depot. Inkjet’s cool, but if you can, I’d say go to Kinko’s or some other copy place and have the templates laser printed onto some 95# cover stock. Or, if you have some 8.5″ x 11″ photo paper around, you could inkjet onto that. If you want your model to be glossy, and you’re printing it at home, that’d be the way to go. Let me know how it turns out. Send some pix when you have it built.
simply wicked
Wow, that’s pretty amazing, especially for poor people like me who can’t afford the real Madvillain toy!
This is awesome, I’m working on a mini one right now.
did one of these on plain paper. wouldnt recommend it, haha. i got it done but its shaky as all hell and i spent about 20 (tense as hell) minutes just getting one of the arms on, gonna try it out with some of that cardstock.
this whole things such a great idea man, thanks
